All are experienced radiologists having previously practiced radiology at full-service hospitals or facilities, including Level 1 trauma centers.

◦ All radiologists at qHS Teleradiology Partners are licensed in all states where they practice. All radiologists will be credentialed at your hospital for consulting or courtesy staff privileges, as appropriate to your institution.
How will my facility send radiographic studies to qHS Teleradiology Partners?
◦ qHS Teleradiology Partners will schedule technicians to install all necessary servers and equipment and work with your IT departments to ensure seamless communication between your site and our network. Once connected, images will be transmitted from your imaging systems to the server, which will then upload the images to our remote servers for retrieval at our reading workstations.

How do qHS Teleradiology Partners ensure quality and accuracy of their reports?
◦ qHS Teleradiology Partners, in partnership with our client facilities, conducts a rigorous Quality Assurance Program for all of our staff radiologists. All of our radiologists participate in regular Continuing Medical Education, meeting or exceeding state licensure requirements.
Does qHS Teleradiology Partners use hospital-quality reading workstations?
◦ qHS Teleradiology Partners is equipped with state-of-the-art PACS reading workstations similar to those found in hospitals or imaging centers. All of our equipment meets or exceeds the American College of Radiology Technical Standards for Teleradiology.
How will qHS Teleradiology Partners provide reports to my referring physicians?
◦ qHS Teleradiology Partners will provide detailed, typewritten reports of their interpretations directly to your facility. For STAT preliminary cases, reports are usually available within 30 minutes of receipt of the study at our workstations. Emergent findings are telephoned directly to your physicians. Our radiologists are available for phone consultations if needed.

◦ qHS Teleradiology Partners uses redundant systems wherever feasible to ensure minimum interruption in your service. Our network includes redundant storage servers at geographically diverse sites. Our reading workstations are serviced by duplicated web access systems and are equipped with backup generators in case of local service outages. Service technicians are available for troubleshooting any problems associated with our sending and receiving systems.
I don’t have a hospital PACS system. Can I still partner with qHS Teleradiology Partners?
◦ qHS Teleradiology Partners will install servers that will accept DICOM compatible inputs from your imaging equipment without the need for an in-house PACS system. However, if you are interested in upgrading to an in-house PACS system, we can also recommend an economical PACS solution that can accomplish all of your interpretation, storage, and retrieval needs.
