The data is sent in encripted form from your site to our server and then retrieved by the interpreting radiologist via encrypted transmission.
IT personel are accessible 24/7 for any downtime on the network/equipment.
We utilize algorithmic telephone systems to route calls from your facility directly to the radiologist reading your studies.
Our transcribed reports are sent electronically back to you via Fax transmission.
To ensure rapid transmission of the studies to our servers high speed internet connectivity (cable, high speed dsl, etc) is needed.
